Looking For Artists For Paid Positions

I posted this in the off-topic section since I was unaware of where to post it. I am currently looking for an artist who can draw cartoonish or creative maps, pets, and items with a great imagination. Age is not a factor, but the payments will be based on skill. We currently need 2 people for the job and I am looking around for people who can do it. You will be paid, from the business, around 20-30% of the revenue.
