FO3/New Vegas/TTW modder, rigger etc wanted!

The Fallout series is in my opinion the best Videogame since Pong and after a long time i wish to make a mod that is more then 'just' a Fallout, it's much more than that.

 

After realizing that my vision has a lot of potential I started to learn and play around with 3d modeling while building the story and do some research and found out that i need help :D
