SSE Request for npc replacer mod

So I finally decide to ask for help here after weeks of trying with no success...I wanted to make an npc replacer with custom body and tattoo like every other standalone replacers out there on nexus. Watched many tutorials and still couldn't do it. I hope someone would be willing to take my request to help me make the npc replacer I really wanted. It is only one npc and it will really make the weeks of failure to feel less frustrating.
