They have an interactive map that you can zoom in and out of and ask it where any place is. You need the correct spelling 'Maesa-Shammus'. The mine is somewhere in the wasteland east of Mount Assarnibibi I believe but I cannot be more precise. Check the UESP map for an exact location.
