Very simple request

The problem is that common sense is not too common :P . I usually try to follow the permissions back as far as they can go checking for everything but in this case I saw "MODDERS RESOURCE" and just assume the permissions where good.

OP if you want to add them in-game yourself try this tutorial: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Armor_texturing_for_beginners

Technically, Shushoni's permissions are set to the default when the system was first implemented and haven't been changed since. The mod's permissions page therefore doesn't even acknowledge they come from another mod. So with this particular mod, the permissions page could be taken with a grain of salt.

Did Sushoni get permission from StaticHairGuy to use his resources, as per the default permissions? Who knows.

Either way, I believe it's good practice to ask permission no matter how long the wait, or even offer to assimilate your own changes into their mod, so you don't have a multitude of mods depending on other mods etc etc.

I sent a copy of the request to the OP in PM so he/ she knows it's legit, any one want that request, I have it stored. When and if I receive a response depends on the origin of the data. small grains of salt can mutate to cubes of sugar.

how many lumps to you like in your TEA? if you say 3 or 4? well make sure your battle ready helmet is intact, hammers hurt.

If we're going to use bits from the game as arguments, then what about that thing you can say to Nathan? He wants unquestioning support of the government, and you can point out the lack of wisdom in that.

My point here is that, yes, the rule is there, but blindly following it is stupid. The accounts in question are both dead. In real life you cannot ask a dead person for permission to make their book into a short film. And if they had nobody to pass on the rights to, then it'll go eventually pass into public domain. The resources associated with these two accounts might as well be considered under the site's ownership now. When an account hasn't been active for years, then the person isn't coming back. It's dead. It means the person no longer cares about the account or anything associated with it. So in this scenario it would be perfectly acceptable to use their resources without asking them, because they're never going to respond because they no longer care.

I highly suggest you take this up now with a site moderator or the owner here. your stepping into the darkness and I like the light.

I like to use metaphor's so get used to that. it's more polite and courageous , easier on the sensory input.

no, seriously, please ask them now. The point is mute.
