RogueFaction Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 Hi, have a heavily modded Skyrim and noticed im randomlly gaining Illusion XP while casting no spells, generally fighting melee and hanging around. Wanted to troubleshoot what's making this happen. Is there a way to perhaps log exp gain events to console or some other better way to approach this? Added modlist details just in case.
7531Leonidas Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 I see that you have Staves Give XP. Could it be some type of side-effect from that? Check on that mod page, pehaps? Looking, comments on that page state that enchanted weapon use also gives xp. Are you using weapons that cause Fear, or some other effect in the Illusion school?
RogueFaction Posted November 19, 2022 Author Posted November 19, 2022 Looks like you were right on the money, disabled the mod and no more Illusion exp gain in a couple of hours of gameplay.I had a staff in inventory and favorited, but never used it. Thanks for your help!
