I played Fallout 3 back when it came out and Oblivion was my favorite game but I was too caught up playing Halo 3/Reach multiplayer when New Vegas released that I never played it... I never realized how acclaimed it was, and I didn't really get too into Fallout 4 so I'm actually very excited to experience New Vegas!! With that said, I've been trying to find a mod that makes enemies alert and go crazy if they hear me fire a gun near them. For example, I just started my game and I'm in this cave near Goodsprings with these geckos in it, and I can shoot my gun right next to a gecko and it doesn't even respond to me shooting it. I have a realistic damage mod on, so if I shoot them in the head, they instantly die which makes it so they never alert at all which kind of kills the fun of combat. I'm trying to play a stealthy build with a lot of throwing weapons and I want it to be way more risky when I do go into an enemy's place and and just start shooting everything up. If I want to go in guns blazing, I want everyone to go absolutely crazy on me, and I want to have to be very tactical about it. As the kind of person who doesn't replay games usually, I've honestly been holding off continuing my game until I can find a mod that has this effect... I don't think it seems to be the most technical mod in the world to make and I'm honestly surprised with all of the mods out there I haven't been able to find one like it. :laugh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
