Whats wrong with the Map loop?

Hi I have a question. When trying out my new map loop something wen't wrong. Everything is fine. The size, the aspect ration, the conversion to BIK everything is Ok.

Well as you can see in the picture only about 10% is visible.

Any help would be apreaciated.

Also if anyone knows how to get the old Oblivion title words back I would love to know because I don't even have or like Silgrads Tower. Thanks
