the reason i knew about it was because i was going into my mod & it was dark. so thinking to myself? why is it dark & some other interiors are light!.

 

then you make a backup copy of your mod & start messing about. look at all the options & youl find cells in one of the drop down menus. open it & it shows you a list of all the cells & on the right is a lighting option. select it & then flick between difrent cells & see what there set at.

 

that my freind is how you learn. trial & error.

 

there is also other things to do like. make a duplicate cell & delete everything. then build 1 big empty room. then use that cell for experiments with, lighting, doors "automatic", every other thing you want to try out? & one you think youv learned what you need then you can just delate it...
