Alternate Animation

I'm hoping someone with a little modding experience might be able to help me with this (as I have none). I'd like to use Backsteppo's alternate animation (removes the slouch posture) because it looks great on female characters. But I think it makes male characters look a little....girly. The problem is, it replaces the animation for all characters (location is in the meshes/characters/_male/locomotion folder).

 

There is a subfolder for females under locomotion with some animations in it, but the main posture animation isn't located there. Tried putting it there but the game didn't find it. So...I'm wondering if there is a way to make Backsteppo's animation only work with female characters and NPC's. I suspect it will take some kind of simple plug-in script, I just don't have any experience doing it. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

 

Anyone? I'm guessing this would be a fairly simple mod.
