SSE Is it possible to make a rechargable armor/jewelry enchantment

I want to make a jewelry enchantment that basically lets you convert soul gems to magicka, but as far as I can tell only weapon and staff enchantments can have finite charge, is there actually a way to do this?

Theres a way to set remaining charge via script for sure. As for mods, I suspect a lot of folks just use that cheat one which just gives you infinite. I usually have it going since testing and messing around is all I tend to do in the game
