SSE Party members (Followers) panel that dosn't fade !

Hello everyone i have been playing moded skyrim for 5 years ,Still didnt find a mod to show party members on left or right stacked with each other with there health,magika,stamina bars

i know of EFF + Ui extention but here is the problems:

1- you cant make the panel alwayes on

2-followers panel's change between each other every second

3-little bit ugly not suited for 2022 skyrim

i hope someone could make something even just editing the existing UI extension would be appreciated and if theres a solve to this am not aware of please enlighted me.
