How do I find what mods a save game is using?

I left the game for a few years. I want to return but I don't remember what mods my save game had loaded. I believe I used SMAPI to manage my mods. Is there anyway I can load the save, it'll probably error out, and it tells me what mods are missing?

If you run the file log through the SMAPI log parser https://smapi.io/log (it will tell you where to find the file - if you didn't erase your computer since then), it should tell you which mods you used and which ones you need to update (you probably have to expand the part about the loaded mods if they didn't make errors the last time you played).
Just an idea from a simple mod player. :)
