What Causes NPC/MOBS to Glide Around the Ground.

My game works fine expect 1 thing. Mobs and a Few NPCs Glid around instead of Move. Like the Mole Rats Brutes the Wild Dog everything almost.

They don't Move at all, They just Glide around in a frozen pose. Like the Mole Rates Glide Around when moving there legs don't move. But they move around there Animations for Movements aren't working. When they Die they just go RagDoll like they should.

 

 

Can anyone tell me How to Fix this or What Is Causing it or Something. Cause any help with this would be nice.

I have exactly the same problem with people & animals gliding around frozen which is really spoiling the game for me, also the other characters heads will rotate 180 so they are on upside down !!!!!. I have re-installed countless times on xp and vista, removed codec packs and other programs, removed fallout update patches and add on quests like the pitt and it still does it all the time.

I found a few other posts around the internet of other people having the same problems but as yet no solution...

Forgot to add i'm not using any mods either..
