Weapon Hotkey Menu is Broken

Hey,

 

So, my weapon hotkey menu seems to be broken. That is to say, it works, but the icons for the hotkeyed weapons do not show up. In their place is a strange icon that I have never seen in Fallout New Vegas before and cannot understand, presumably some sort of 'missing texture' icon. Anyway, I've tried my best to fix this but to no avail. First I uninstalled all the UI mods I'm using, which didn't help. Secondly I uninstalled those mods, deleted all menu files and let Steam validate my installation, again to no avail. I'm at my wit's end.

 

My UI-impacting mods are: DarNified UI, The Weapon Mod Menu, Mod Configuration Menu, Project Nevada, Immersive HUD, OneHUD.

 

I am also using Yukichagi Unofficial Patch as well as NVEC Bugfix. These are the only mods I can think of which could impact this, but below is my full load order in case you want to take a closer look:
