scarface7454
[sOLVED]So im working on a armor i got everything working in game geck and nifskope my last problerm is that it adjusts the NPCs "posture" unlike any of the other armors. Causing weird issues like pointing guns to the air but are shooting straight instead of standing normal I looked through google in every possible way. to no reward. I hope someone can assist me. Do i go into blender and adjust the skeleton bars? Or nifskope? Cheers. Edited November 29, 2013 by scarface7454
LennyHayes7
Depending on where you edited the mesh will be the issue. Try exporting the file from nifskope as an .obj, .3ds or just save it as a Nif Modify it in blender then re-import it into NifSkope and see which one is causing the problem
neomonkeus
Don't export as .obj that will lose all the weight data, 3ds should be fine. Ensure that you haven't offset the root bone with a transform.
scarface7454
Thanks gentlemen. I took notice to what the NCR ranger outfit used for skeletal structure, then did the same with the NC gambler outfit i used in the pic, and match up the structures to notice that there were 3 extra nodes around the hip, abdomin area that should not of been there. not sure how they got their, but when i redid the whole thing over: took the trench of the ranger outift and pasted it to the ambassador suit, that the skeleatal structure stayed in tact and the armor now works out. again thanks for the info :)
