I have installed the diversification project and casual hub. Does anyone know if either of these can affect Chorban's presence? Thanks I found Chorban, not where he usually is, but out with the avina. Sadly, I also couldn't find the spot in the citadel where you can have the dialogue with Kaidan and Ash about the citadel.
