Adding/changing a dedicated graphics card to my desktop using integrat

Recommended Posts

While I'm not very tech savvy, I want to upgrade my graphics card for myHP Pavilion p6-2350 which uses an integrated AMD A8-5600K Trinity 3.6GHz with AMD Radeon HD 7560D. I read somewhere that it's possible to add another graphics card to override the existing card to free up the processor. Is this possible or do I have to get both a new graphics card and replace the motherboard as well? (I'm still looking into possible cards though)
