Maybe someone could come up with something on the level of: http://www.clockworkmachina.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/blindfold3.jpg Maybe where there is extra cloth hanging behind them? Although I doubt we'd be running around with swords and lack of armor unless we were a stealth/melee build ;o(Besides with all the radiation going around, it'd be hard to believe that every wastelander pulled out with normal eyesight.)
