Mod Compatability

I am trying to use CACO and Dangerous Diseases Plus(an iNeed plugin mod) together, but CACO or its dependency Wiseman's Flora fixes seem to have altered the Horker Tusk to a new ID. This breaks a recipe in Dangerous Diseases Plus. Is there a way to make them copasetic with TES5edit?

 

Edit: I managed to figure it out, just had to modify the recipe in TES5edit using the new item code from CACO. I feel like a nonce.
