smeep
Hi, I have the EVE Body Selector and Stock Equipment Replacer mod, which replaces female clothing and armor with new versions. I also have the HGEC sexy armor replacer by Duddly01, which replaces only the armor. If I wanted to get the clothing from EVE and the armor from Duddly01's, is it save to install EVE first and then Duddly01's over it? OBMM showed conflicts and warned me about all the conflicts when I tried this. I think from what I've read in other posts is that it's ok to overlay textures like this, to sort of pick and choose which texture files you want, but both of these mods also have .esp files and I don't know what to make of that. Currently EVE's .esp is loaded before Duddly01's .esp and things *seem* to work, but I wanted to make sure I didn't break anything by doing this. Thanks for your help! dezdimona
always make a a copy of your game data file pbefore installing any mod, that way you have a copy you know is good. add the mods if they overwrite its meshes and or textures only
smeep
Thanks Dezdemona. Just to clarify, are you saying to only stack overlapping mods if they overwrite meshes and/or textures only, but do not stack them if they both contain .esp files?
