DAC20
Hi everyone. Everytime I start a character in Skyrim (and I do it alot because I have a bad case of restartitus lol) I always feel really hamstrung into throwing some perks into smithing and enchanting because as I progress I like to level up my weapons and customize the enchantments on them. I was just wondering if a mod could be created (or does any up to date/supported/balanced/no bugs etc mods exist) that would allow you to simply pay a fee to a blacksmith and have them upgrade you swords, armour etc to fine, superior etc? Also you could pay spellcasters with access to enchanting tables to enchant your weapons for you aswell? So again, it doesn't feel like you have to add in perks to that tree if you want to be a stealth assassin duel weilding enchanted daggers or what have you. What do you guys think? Does anything like this already exist in a completed or supported/ongoing form (sorry if it does!) Or do you think it would be something interesting to do? I have zero modding exp otherwise I would give it a go myself lol.
Bagashi
That would be really easier and appreciated.I second this request.
egocarib
There's a large project underway that does just that, and a lot more. I think it will be pretty great when it's finished. Check out the thread if you like :)
DAC20
There's a large project underway that does just that, and a lot more. I think it will be pretty great when it's finished. Check out the thread if you like  Thanks for the thread link, that actually looks like a really interesting and extensive mod. The only thing would be, it would be great if paying for upgrades/enchants could be a standalone feature rather than as part of a larger mod. Plus it would make it easier to balance it and it would be less time consuming and intensive ... I think? (I have zero mod exp lol!) Although to be honest, just having the feature would be great, so I'll definately be keeping an eye on that mods progress.
