(suggestion) Separate flying vehicles

So I've been using the mod; let there be flight for a while now.

A truly fantastic mod, and well I've thought of my own suggestion.
It wouldn't be any short feat don't get me wrong, but during the game we do get to see the
interiors of flying vehicles in the game, and while we don't pilot them, they do have models in the game as well, so I got to thinking.
for the mod Let there be flight, could a talented modder make it so instead of turning your cars and bikes into flying vehicles, you are instead
able to purchase specific vehicles that are able to fly, ranging from a luxurious AV, to a classic helicopter type vehicle you get inside as Johnny during the memory mission

As I said it wouldn't be easy to pull off, and it may require some modelling to create interiors for the pilot seats of these vehicles, but with all the other incredible mods I've been seeing
I believe this community is talented enough to pull it off.
