Hi people.

I was wondering how I could get ordinator armour without killing an ordinator and without cheating.

The only way is to find a dead ordinator whose armor does not run the ordinator uniform script. The way to tell: If it stacks in your inventory, it's unscripted.

There are many quests that lead you to dead ordinators and if you join the Imperial Legion and do Frald the White's quests you get to kill three legitimately. You'll find a body outside the old Dunmer stronghold of Kogoruhn, although that is used in a Temple quest (don't lose the 'special' item you'll find with him). Other places I can think of of the top of my head include Falasmaryon (House Redoran quest) and Assemanu cave (House Hlaalu quest). The armour available in the latter is not IIRC a full set.

 

I would also recommend again using the UESP website. They have almost full lists of whereabouts of certain armour types although not Indoril. (Glass, Ebony, Daedric and Orcish are covered).

But be carefull when you use odrinators armor. If you have ordinator-armor equipped and talks to an ordinator, that ordinator will attack you.

Why would they attack you... I don't really talk to them anyway.

They attack you because i guess their armor is sacred to their order or some poo (thats what the guy told me right before he smacked me with his damn ebony mace).

Yeah ordinators like to beat up random stuff.

Frald the White is in Ebonheart but you have to join the Legion in Gnisis (or via the console).

 

There are several mods that stop the ordinators attacking you.
