Broken Steel Fix

I'm looking for a fix to the problem where Broken Steel does not start and Sarah Lyons does not start the ending sequence of Fallout 3 however I do not want to use fakepatch. Where can I find this fix (I found it before but now I can no longer find it)?

I had the same problem, this is how I got around it:

 

went into the rotunda, killed Col. Whats-his-face and his friends

 

went to the console (~) and typed coc megatoncommmonhouse (you can use diferent locations, but thats the only one i know)

 

fast traveled back the jefferson momorial

 

went back into the rotunda

 

if Lyons still isn't with you, you have to do it again.

 

But, if you are using a custom race, you should use this.

You don't understand what I'm asking. There is a certain change where Sarah does not start the ending sequence (she just keeps looping on how we need to clear the room even though everything is dead). This is because a certain command changes the water type and the only way to add this command into the game are:

 

Fakepatch

Patch 1.5

 

And one other patch that a found a few days ago that does NOT require fakepatch that I stupidly did not bookmark and now I can now longer locate it. All I'm asking for is to be linked to this patch.

I did attempt to search through my history but it had been deleted. I wouldn't have asked for help locating it if I actually didn't need it.
