LE Multiple characters

I asked this already about a year ago, but is it possible for someone to make a mod where you can have multiple characters in the same play/savegame?

Best comparison is how GTA V works, you have 3 characters and can switch between them during play. If skyrim could have something like this, you could create 3 different characters (for example a mage, a warrior and a thief), play and level them each individualy and when playing as one character the other 2 act like followers.

I guess it isn't easy to script something like this but if someone has the skills that would be awesome. Though I can do a lot with 3d modeling I have no skills in scripting so I can't do it myself.

Alternate actors isn't exactly like that, but it is close enough
