LE Hud Enchanting Stat Panel

Hi,

 

There are lots of hud modes which hides and changes mana/health/stamina/radar but I couldn't find any that shows information on screen.

 

I'm looking a mod that shows Damage/Armor/CarryWeight/Gold/etc on screen like Titan Panel on WoW.

 

Example Top on screen there is a bar which shows lots of detail.

 

 

Can it be made?
