CTD on Save, any obvious fix?

I decided I'd give fallout 3 another run-through. I'm 5 hours into the game and I'm already experiencing unpredictable crashes on save, whether through CASM or manually. The "blow yourself up" technique has worked, but eventually I'm just presented with another crash. Here's my load order. Any obvious mistakes?

Hey, I'm not particularly great at Load orders. Most of the time I just let Fomm do its thing and I don't use Boss or any master lists. The good news being I never have any crashes at all, and strangely I can Alt+tab indefinitely without issue even when leaving the game minimized for days.

 

So what ever I have done (albeit by accident) seems to be working great, hopefully there is something in my load order that might help clear up or at least narrow down the cause of your problem.

The only other thing I can think of is disabling Autosave function as that supposedly causes some issues. Hope this can help and sorry about the format of that list, I don't know how to do the special colored formats. :)
