Sort order dont work

Both of vortex and luncher. In Vortex sort order change randomly when i start luchener, and in lucher i even cant drag mods to another position it's simple doesn't work. What the problem?

I had the same problem with Vortex, so I switched to Mod Organizer and haven't had the problem since.

the problem is you're using two different methods to manage your mods.

don't do that.
