Black briar meadery render glitch

the interior of blackbriar meadery does not render right. when i enter im surrounded by white nothingness, 2 corners and the door that slows my fall that teleportd me back to the door where i have the chance exit before the fall starts again.

 

this glitch is stopping me from completing the theives guild quest line. I have had steam verifyy the files twice with no joy, steam tells me it couldnt verify 1 file and reaquired it.

 

Please help nexus forum coomunity.

doing some thread necromancy here: I also have this issue, and validating the game files has not helped, so there's that.
