Vault 13 EntrenceVault 13 Living QuartersVault 13 Command Center The story:Between May 15th and 17th 2242, the Enclave opened up V13 and kidnapped the inhabitants. An indeterminate amount of time later, a group of intelligent Deathclaws created by the Enclave, which ran away during the course of experiments, found their new home in the deserted Vault.Now the Deathclaws and humans are living side by side! OR DO THEY!!!!!! well.... yes they do. I've done some few changes. If you dont like it, then you are an ass :) Changes: - Theres a new entrance- Some changes to the design. Like the GECK room. Do I need help?What? no, I'm just that good! But, if in anyway you know how to get a Deathclaw to talk. Or how the vault door works. Or know your way around Nawmesh. then HELP ME!Ok, I'm not the best modder, and I do need help with Quests, dialog and so on. Future? Soon I will upload a .ESP file that you all can download and enjoy. Credit: ME!GTS for giving me the ideaVault Wiki for information I forgot. BadPenney Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 You can make a Deathclaw talk by selecting Allow PC Dialogue in its Traits menu. If you want audible dialogue you can choose a default human voice or create a unique voiceset. You cannot make them lipsync though. I guess their mesh wasn't created to allow it. And they tend to carry out toothpicking and nail sharpening idles while they talk. It's like talking to someone with extreme ADHD, but it can be done. I put one in my mod too. UncleRoe Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 with the vault door you can set the door itself to a persistant reference,then link a control panel to the door from the linked ref tab in the edit box. this way when you press the panel the door will open. you can also add another panel inside the vault and link it to the door that way you can open/close from the inside. I made a unique voice set, because it didn't seem right that a deathclaw should sound like any human. Filled my mouth half with water and gargled the words, lol.
