LE Enchanting table inside Helgen Keep

Hello to anyone who could help me,

 

I'd like to put an enchanting table SOMEWHERE within the first few rooms of Helgen Keep (Most likely in the circular room where Ralof enters), but I do not know how to do this in the construction kit.

 

Is there any way someone would be able to do this?
