Game freezes up on using Restoration

Hello people, got a little problem with my game. Whenever I use restore health, my game freezes. Doesn't crash to desktop, but my game just stops. I've got a pretty big load order. This thing never happened to me before I installed Deadly Reflex, or it could have been Better Cities, but that doesn't make sense. Here's my load order, I sort it using Better Oblivion Sorting Software.

My first guess would be deadly reflex. First try disabling it. If you get over your freeze, try putting it back, but last in your load order.

 

There is also a known bug that causes crashes if you have over 400 mods in your Oblivion folder, not just the ones in the data folder or the ones you have enabled, but total esp, esm abd bsa files. The extras must be moved, not just out of the data folder, but out of the Oblivion folder altogether

There is also a patch for Deadly Reflex that, for me, fixed this problem. I can't remember where it is right now, but it was posted in a similar topic. Odds are you only noticed this with restoration spells, but if you swing your sword or cast a different spell, it will do the same thing.

 

Deadly Reflex, for me, is always the very last thing I load, even if other mods insist they should be. I find Deadly Reflex to have an attitude and the slightest thing getting in its way makes it very angry. And considering the mod lets you decapitate things, you don't want it to be angry at you.

If someone could give me the name or a link to that patch, then that would be great. I realy like Deadly Reflex, and I don't like playing without it.
