Trooper0311 Posted December 12, 2022 Share Posted December 12, 2022 I am attempting to make a body addon for my armor (a chest rig that goes overtop the armor). When the chest rig is equipped, then unequipped, the chest rig will remain on the body of the character. How can I fix this?I have previously made armor addons and had no issue, so I am stumped. StealthDick Posted December 12, 2022 Share Posted December 12, 2022 Does the game say that youre still wearing it even though its unequipped? When you equip it initially do you use a script? Trooper0311 Posted December 13, 2022 Author Share Posted December 13, 2022 (edited) No. In the Pip-boy I will have no armor equipped, however visually it remains equipped. And no script is used. listenwater4 Posted October 29, 2023 Share Posted October 29, 2023 (edited) I know this is a bit old but I have the solution to this problem.After searching everywhere for the solution myself, I have been unable to find any information on it or why it happens.To fix this issue:- Open the nif in nifskope- Select the NiTriShape block- Expand the Material Data category in the block details- Change the value of "Active Material" from -1 to 0- Repeat for all NiTriShape that have this set to -1I have no idea what Active Material is doing or why it gets set to -1 sometimes on export, even after searching everywhere.If anyone has more info on this I'd appreciate it.
