The shop keeper could be a glowing one (thinking about the shop keeper in the clothing shop in Jokerine's Strip Mall) and you could get +1 or +2 RAD per second when you are in the shop. A vending machine could be inside where you can buy endless irradiated water. A shop for those who want an extra kick in their consumables. And I think that it is a bit sad that you only get a small amount of that stuff in the Searchlight fire station and in Hell's Motel. The shop could be located in Camp Searchlight or somewhere in Freeside (maybe the stuff is a bit cheaper for the poor ones). What do you think?
