How can i install and use preset face mods?

Okay so im new to this modding stuff and i have been using the NMM witch is very use full :3. But i downloaded some preset faces and they don't seem to be working at all. i have the enhanced character edit and also running SKSE.

 

Also on the last page of the ECE some option names are boxes.

I'm having the same problem too. Same scenerio too. Just bought skyrim yesterday. I think we're missing a huge step
