Mod Request (I think...?) Animation Mod?

I'm not new but just not active in posting to anything. I was just wondering is it possible to make a mod where you can use more than the animations the game gives you? Like the animations when you switch people in your community and they are idle doing something before you take control. Is it possible to make those animations usable? I guess for role play or something of that category.
