Can I transfer Skyrim on a flash - USB with mods and run it on different computer without troubles?

I am new at mods so I have some troubles with mod installation but that's not what I want to learn in this topic. I'd like to know, in the case when I will fix it all myself, when I'll do everything right with the mods will I be able just to transfer the entire skyrim with mods installed on vortex manager on some flash usb and transfer it on different computer and run it without any troubles just to "own" completely normal fixed copy of skyrim with my mod collection? What do I need for it? Can I just copy the skyrim directory file or I need something else? How would it work with pirate repacked version of Skyrim or with the license? Will it require steam log in? Can I install mods on the pirated version of Skyrim using Vortex at all? And also how can I save my CBBE body presets?

I just made everything seemingly right by installing every mod in order, every of them out of 80 mods. and then when I launched Skyrim with some retexture high res mod it crashed right after the launch. then I just turned the mod off and replaced it with something. then I could load the save but then for some reason the Russian and original English text and sounds, voices just mixed up, the grass texture bugged, and boob and vagina physics as well, they just jumped on meters from the character when I just moved, and Joy of Perspective didn't show me the character's body in the 1st person view. And it all happened after I reinstalled FNIS and supposedly fixed it, when I did everything shown in the FNIS guide and all other mods.

I don't need any details about fixing the mods. I just need to know will I be able to preserve Skyrim with my mod collection in the case if I fix it all so that I would never have problems with mods again, so that I would not have to suffer with them and, God forbid, lose them and all the progress and presets etc related to mods. Sorry for my english tho.

It's possible - in theory. If i would attempt it, i would copy the Skyrim directory, the mod staging folder, and the specific folders from appdata to the flashdrive. As next step, Skyrim needs to be installed on the "target computer" (the usual: install Skyrim - if AE, start the game once and download all CC content), install f.e. MO2, create a new "empty" instance, close MO2 and simply overwrite these folders with the folders you copied to the flashdrive before.

This is very easy to do if you use Mod Organizer 2. It saves/uses the mods separate from the game folder, keeping them inside its own folder. And it can even be on another disk - Mod Organizer is an independent program, for which the fact of having a game somewhere is important, and it does everything else by itself.

Just recently, I checked the quality of the built-in video card in a new laptop, and copied Skyrim, among other games. Without installation. No duplication/creation of ini files in the system user folder. No additional settings. Just copy the already installed skyrim (or install it if it's from Steam), copy the Mod Organizer folder - it will contain all mods, all ini files, all saves and settings. But if we are talking about only one Skyrim without mods and a mod configurator, then such a portable scheme will not work. It is necessary to "hook" files from the user's documents folder, and values from the OS registry.

How would it work with pirate repacked version of Skyrim or with the license? Will it require steam log in? Can I install mods on the pirated version of Skyrim using Vortex at all?

Oh, now I re-read the post and realized that we are talking about a pirated version. Ох уж эти пираты. :pirate:

So, a little offtopic.
- Skyrim nowadays works almost perfectly with 80% of mods if they are sorted by LOOT before launch.
- 20% of mods that are almost guaranteed to have problems, regardless of anything else: first of all, mods dated 2012-2014. Most of them just don't work correctly for the current version of Skyrim, while others are simply absorbed by other mods that LOOT knows how to work with. Secondly, these are NOT NEXUS mods. Who knows how many people have tried them and how many decided to comment on the performance and other problems of the mod.
- After the CORRECT installation and configuration of the Mod Organizer, the CORRECT configuration of the ini files, the SORTING of mods through the LOOT, and finally the CORRECTLY launched Skyrim through the SKSE, there simply cannot be any problems.
- If problems still occur, then some mods are not compatible at all. Mod Organizer works in notification mode - it MAY tell you that mods are incompatible by showing overwritten fragments in red. But the decision is always made by the user.
In my case, I have two instances of the Mod Organizer, for two games. One instance is considered portable and its files are stored separately from the program in the game folder. The other keeps all its settings and mods in its own folder. If I want to transfer only one game, then in the case of the portable version, I will only need to copy the game folder, where all the mods, saves and settings are already located, and install the Mod Organizer in the new location. Or copy it from the old location but without the mods folder (from another game). And in the second case, it is enough for me to copy only the MO folder, and reinstall the game or copy it in the same way. In both cases, I perform almost identical steps.
Can Vortex do that? Don't know. I have never used it.
