Oblivion Construction Set

I installed the construction set, and when i try to load it it gives me a ctl error. I then just launched the oblivion esm from it and when i try to open up other mods with the little open file icon, there is nothing in there. Like as if it is not picking up any esm. Anyone know what this issue is or how to fix it?

ok, when you open the CS click file, then click data and then double click on the Oblivion esp,that loads the game into the CS now, click on the file again, again data,scroll down to the mod you want to look at. double click it and make it the active mod, it will now show up in the CS

Thanks for the help. I had figured out what the problem was, it was installing in an odd directory and files were mixed in with fallout for some reason. Uninstalled the Fallout 3 toolset and reinstalled, moved a few files around and its working fine.
