Can't open Witcher 3

Enable Gingerhi everyone, I modded and played the game many years ago and I had a copy of the game files before modding. I played on steam and progressed a lot. I want to play again with the new patch, but I get an error at the beginning. I went into the mods folder and deactivated the mods I used actively. but it still didn't work. The copy I get before the mod is the copy I got at the very beginning of the game, will my progress be deleted if I replace that copy with the original and play? What can I do to close errors and enter the game in the folders I play actively? It's been a long time and I forgot the process, thanks in advance.
