fenris212 Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 I've tried to no avail to change my password, but this site doesn't send anything to my email address once I fill out the form to change it. I even used a different Google account to set up a new account here. I filled out all the forms and payed my dues. Twice, the forms say I would receive a notice in my email account. It never happened. My payment was accepted and for now I'm logged in, but why am I not getting anything from Nexus in my email account? Is anyone else experiencing this? DrakeTheDragon Posted December 1, 2013 Share Posted December 1, 2013 Just in case, as it seems you're using GoogleMail for it, have you also checked your "Spam" folder already? Lately I was registering at many social network places, so I was able to test their many buttons on a website I created, if I implemented them correctly, and what should I say......90% of their confirmation mails ended up in the spam folder. Guess GoogleMail got a little 'over-picky' with what it accepts as non-spam mail these days. If this doesn't help, I suggest using the "Contact Us" link from the footer of the page and filing a real support ticket.That way the right people from staff will be aware of your problem far more quickly than having to randomly stumble upon your post here first or being informed by a moderator who did.
