Mod Request: create a mod to be able to add Skins in Saint Seiya Soldiers' Soul.

I notice that there is no mod for Saint Seiya Soldiers' Soul. It is however a very good fighting game with a large number of characters from the Manga. The most interesting thing would be to be able to add skins in order to add absent knights. The problem is that the Resource folder is not a folder but a cpk file.
