hooray4morrowind
Well, I make many newbies, whether to test, intentionally mess up, or just fool around with, daily. Every time I make one newbie who is for casting or whatnot, I go under the sign with the effect Wombburn. I was wondering, what does the specific effect "stunted magicka" do? I made many newbies to test out and try to figure it out myself, but I just couldn't figure it out. It didn't really make a difference that I saw, but maybe it is really bad. If anyone knows please reply. *~Tiff~*
Ferret
It simply means you don't get a mp refill when you sleep.
Cheesemonger
ITs actually quite useful if ou are not going to be a full mage, meaning, that you also have some mad assassin skillz, or can just lop off stuff's head with various metal objects. Double the Magicka, and practically no downside. Just get a bunch of Magicka restore potions, and the fact that you are fifty percent immune to magic characters, and your set. Abramul
Not fifty percent IMMUNE, but fifty percent ABSORB! All you have to do is pay 5 gp at a Tribunal Shrine, and you get a full restore, typically.
