LE No Material For Crafting

Is there or can someone make a mod where when you go to smith/upgrade something you don't need to have anything it just simply lets you create it no matter what?

Only Vanilla items can be set with no requirements but Items add from mods will still require items - if your looking for something like this , then its just best to cheat yourself the Materials - Get The Add items Mod and/or Lever's tower - these two mods are made it easy for the player to obtain Ingots - w/o the hassle of using console codes.
