Mod suggestions for making Skyrim a Party-based RPG?

So this kind of came about unintentionally while I was messing around with a bunch of companion mods and other mods that impact dragon difficulty. I realized that playing the game at Master difficulty with all these additional mods like Immersive Creatures, High Level Enemies, Deadly Dragons, and Dragon Combat Overhaul that playing solo I was repeatedly being butchered alive by even common enemies like bandits. This change i realize made companions much more fun to play with, and with multiple companion mods like UFO or EFF (which I use now) the concept of making Skyrim a much more party-based RPG came to mind. Of course for it to be a truly immerse experience there needs to be enough mechanics to support a party-based RPG. So this is where I've come asking for help:

I'm looking for suggestions of mods that:

-Add more balanced difficulty to the game

-Add more AI packages for followers that allow them to better interact with the player and environment (Aside from what EFF already does)

-Overhauls combat mechanics to make party-based playthroughs more viable.

-Anything else that better supports the concept of using multiple followers in a party.

I typically run with about 4 to 6 different followers at once to create a "balanced party" (I use Lydia, Vilja, Cerwiden, and Anduniel currently, and mostly play as a balanced archer)

TL;DR: Suggest Mods that make Skyrim better support a "party" of characters instead of just solo play.

My personal suggestion;

Advanced Follower Tweaks + Requiem + Mods that go with requiem and make it harder, like Organized Bandits or Immersive Creatures.

Requiem because it balances the game, and makes it a lot harder, so that having multiple followers is not overly unfair. It also makes getting followers harder. lol

AFT lets you customize how each followers acts, and attacks, you can make then stand there grand, chase enemies till they die, defend you, or keep themselves alive even if it means fleeing. You can make them were specific outfit sets, use specific spells, and even make them cast the spells on you.

There was someone on here a month or two ago talking about making combat turn based. I don't know if it ever took off or not. You might be able to do a search. It was in the skyrim mod related forum obviously.
