Request: Legendary Leg cyberware

Hi, I'd like to request Legendary leg cyberware that combined the best aspects from all the lower tier options:

 

> Triple Jump

> 50% fall damage reduction

> Lynx's stealth movement.

 

Bonus points if it was available for purchase with Vik (SC 50)

(PS > And if instead you'd prefer that I made the mod myself I'd greatly appreciate if you could point my in the best direction to learn how to mod this game. I only have some light experience tinkering with Bethesda games but that's about it.)
