Hello,

I sent a message of dissatisfaction on the forum while remaining polite, respectful.
My message was deleted in a few seconds.
I explained in this one that I was unhappy, that Vortex becomes more and more complex as time goes by whereas the site was created to simplify things. And that as a result, I was stopping my support for more than 10 years in premium.


But here is a deleted message.

Is this respect for premium customers?

I'm disappointed.

Is your "deleted" message the one in the other forum?

 

Since this is a support forum for the Vortex software, the other forum would certainly be the more proper place to post such a message.

In what forum did you post your "deleted" massage? There is currently a message in the Vortex Discussion forum that was posted by you. Is that the message in question?
