[Help Request] Custom weapon mod

Hello.
I'm wondering if it's possible to add a unique custom weapon into the game via modding. Lets say i want a mace that does a shitload of damage because i just think it would be fun to club people to death with a big stick. But i don't want to increase the damage of all maces.

I really don't know jack s#*! about Witcher 3 modding so if some kind soul would like to help me with this, they would have my undying gratitude.
