Downloads suddenly having a problem.

Good day, I'm currently having issues with Vortex mod manager and Nexus mod website. My download speed started to drop to only 10kb/sec and eventually fails starting at the end of November. Back in September and October everything is fine, my speed is around 1mb/sec.

This is a recurring problem for all games that I've tried, which are Skyrim SE, Code Vein, and Fallout 4. I've modded Skyrim SE for 20gb mods so I have no idea what is causing it to suddenly turned like this, I'm a free user.

Manual download doesn't help either, it starts from 100kb/sec to 10kb/sec then fail after 5 minutes. My Steam and other downloads (e.g. Utorrent) are still 1mb/sec, only nexus mods website and Vortex Mod Manager have this problem.

Looks like your connection is bad across the board so I believe it is your internet service provider that is now the problem.

I was afraid that that might be the case. Although I wonder why it was fine a month ago, I called my ISP and they said they didn't change anything. Nevertheless, much obliged for the response.
