Specifically, any plugin that has cell/worldspace additions(not overrides). The way I merge other records is a little rough but it works: copy the editorIDs into my merge plugin from xedit into GECK and then drag the remaining changes over into the merge in xedit. But this isn't doable with world references added in by a mod. Can anyone suggest how, or perhaps a better way than the rudimentary approach I just described?
